Terms & Conditions

The contract agreement consisting of terms and conditions of purchase, purchase orders, and applicable warranties constitutes complete and sole agreement between you, the buyer, and Wiltshire and Sons Home Improvements, the seller. The terms and conditions set forth supersede all other representations, specifications, terms, other agreements, or documents issued by seller or its employees or agents, either written or oral, and any purchase order or other documents issued by buyer either before or after the contract agreement.
